READY MIX PLASTER
Ultraapride Readymix Plaster is a factory blend mixture of best quality essential products and high quality polymer additives. This plaster is suitable for AAC Blocks, Fly-ash Bricks and concrete surfaces used for external and internal walls. This process completely replaces on – site mixture of sand and cement. As it is a self – curing product, we can save lot of time and water. It is specially crafted so that it provides stronger, more durable bonding with superior adhesive strength.

PREPARATION OF SURFACE :
- Dusting of the surface must be done as the surface to be applied must be free of dust, rust metal, wood or plastic left overs etc.
- Pre-wetting of the surface must be done before application
Mixing :
- 18 – 20% water (by weight of material) is recommended for mixing the product.
- It is advisable to mix with mechanical mixer / stirrer to get perfect mix or even manually.
- The mixture once mixed should be used within 2 hours of time.
Packing and Shelf Life :
- Ultraapride Ready Mix Plaster bags are available in 40 kgs bag
- Shelf life will be 6 months when stored in dry place.
